TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost including taxes must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. The reservation will be confirmed when the deposit is received. The final balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 2-3 days before your arrival. Failure to make payments when due could result in cancellation of the reservation.
The prices indicated on the Gestion Nymark website are in Canadian dollars and all transactions will be made in Canadian dollars only. We cannot be held responsible for price differences due to typographical errors.
We reserve the right to charge any taxes or fees which may be implemented by the government or other regulatory body which were unknown at the time this price list was published.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
The arrival time is from 4 p.m. The departure time is before 11 a.m.
Occupancy of the property is strictly limited to the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation. Domaine Nymark reserves the right to refuse entry to additional guests, or to charge additional fees. After full payment has been received, you will be sent an email with the access code for the unit’s main door 2 to 3 days before your arrival. Please keep this code confidential and disclose it only to your condo occupants. Depending on the unit, you will have the use of two or three parking spaces.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the government decides to restrict travel, you will have the option of receiving a refund or credit note for all amounts paid. It is important to contact us.
Our policy:
• The initial deposit will be refunded for a cancellation received up to 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• For a cancellation received 20 days to 48 hours prior to the arrival date, you will have the option of either converting your full deposit into a credit note for a future stay or receiving a refund less an administrative fee of 10% of the deposit.
• If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to your stay, your deposit will be automatically converted to a credit note for a future stay.
• No-shows without prior notice will result in the loss of the total rental amount.
DAMAGE
Domaine Nymark prides itself on providing impeccable condos that are inspected before each occupation. By this contract, you understand that you are solely responsible for any breakage, damage, or missing inventory, and that you agree to pay for replacements or repairs. In the event that the unit is left in an unacceptable condition, an additional maintenance fee will be charged.
Note that we provide a non-smoking environment and therefore smoking is strictly prohibited inside our units. An ashtray has been provided on the balcony or terrace of your unit for this purpose. Any burns or damage caused by cigarettes inside or outside the condos will be liable to a fine.
PROBLEMS
Immediately notify the management office of any problems so that the situation can be corrected. The Domaine Nymark telephone number is: 450-227-2121 or 450-560-1202.
Management will do their utmost to remedy the problem within a reasonable time or, if necessary and possible, to transfer you to another unit. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
CLEANING
The final cleaning by our team is included in the rental price. However, we do request that the property be kept in good condition.
When you leave, please respect the following guidelines:
• Do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink. Start the dishwasher (without waiting to empty it).
• Take out the garbage, compost, and recycling (outdoor containers in the parking lot).
Tips for the cleaning staff are not included.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request at additional cost. Note that cleaning services will be offered for stays longer than a week.
PETS
No pets are allowed. Certain exceptions are tolerated. You must contact us prior to arrival for information regarding our policies and fees.
ACCEPTANCE AND CONDITIONS
By making your reservation, you confirm that you have read and accept this rental agreement. You agree to respect the conditions set out in the rental agreement. Moreover, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of all Gestion Nymark regulations regarding your reservation.
